Guidelines for Entering and Participating in Bullion Club Giveaways.

Introduction
By participating in Bullion Club’s giveaways, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in all giveaways hosted by Bullion Club.

Eligibility
• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
• The giveaway is open to residents of Australia. Any international entries will not be eligible to win.

Entry Process
• To enter the giveaway, you must provide your name, email address, phone number, and any other required information.
• Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.

Giveaway Period
• The giveaway starts on 1st of the month and ends on the 30th/31st of that month. All entries must be received by the end date to qualify.
• Bullion Club reserves the right to alter the giveaway period if necessary.

Prizes
• The prizes for these giveaways may vary. The number of winners may vary depending on the specific giveaway.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual without our prior written consent.

Winner Selection and Notification
• Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within (2) days after the giveaway ends.
• If the winner does not respond within 1 day of notification, they forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.

Disqualification
• Bullion Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be providing false information, using fraudulent methods to enter the giveaway, or violating any of these terms and conditions.

Liability
• Bullion Club is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that prevent participants from entering the giveaway.
• Bullion Club shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur in connection with the prize.
• In no event shall Bullion Club, its affiliates, or partners be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this giveaway.

Intellectual Property
• All materials related to the giveaway, including logos, website content, and promotional materials, are the intellectual property of Bullion Club and cannot be used without permission.

Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes related to the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
• Bullion Club reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on our website, and participants will be notified via email or website notice.
