Introduction

By participating in Bullion Club Australia's public giveaways, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in all public giveaways hosted by Bullion Club Australia.

Definitions

Entrant: An individual who submits a valid entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Prize: One (1) x 1oz Silver Australian Coloured Kangaroo Coin.

Draw Date: 17.07.2026 at 8:00pm AEST.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must provide their full name, valid email address, and phone number. Incomplete, false, misleading, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, Entrants must:

• Sign up to the Bullion Clubhouse via the official registration page provided by the Promoter; and

• Follow the official BCA Giveaways Facebook page.

Entry is only valid once the Entrant has successfully completed the Bullion Clubhouse sign-up process and is following the BCA Giveaways Facebook page.

Unless otherwise stated, Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per giveaway. Multiple or duplicate entries may be voided.

Entries close at 5:00pm AEST on the day of the draw. Late entries will not be accepted.

Giveaway & Draw

The giveaway will be drawn on 17.07.2026 at 8:00pm AEST unless otherwise notified by the Promoter.

Winners are selected at random using a fair and impartial digital draw system.

All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Drawn

The winner will be drawn live within the Bullion Clubhouse, Bullion Club Australia's official private community.

Prizes

Prizes may vary from month to month. The prize for this giveaway is one (1) x 1oz Silver Australian Coloured Kangaroo Coin.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

The total prize pool does not exceed AUD $10,000 per giveaway.

Winner Notification & Claim

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

Winners may also be announced on the Promoter’s website, social media platforms, and within the Bullion Clubhouse.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter may redraw and award the prize to another Entrant.

Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped via Australia Post to the winner's nominated Australian address.

Bullion Club Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once dispatched.

Some giveaways may have eligibility restrictions based on location or legal requirements.

Any taxes, customs duties, or additional costs associated with prize delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Unclaimed Prizes Policy

Winners must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified.

If a prize is not claimed within this period, Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Any redraw will take place no earlier than thirty (30) days after the original draw date and will follow the same draw process.

The redraw winner will be notified and published in accordance with the original winner notification process.

Privacy & Data Use

By entering, Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the administration of the giveaway and for marketing purposes unless they opt out.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their eligibility to enter future giveaways.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.bullionclub.com.au/privacy.

No Guarantee of Winning

Participation in any Bullion Club Australia giveaway does not guarantee that an Entrant will win a prize.

All winners are selected through a random and impartial process.

Meta Liability Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., including Facebook and Instagram.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Bullion Club Australia and not to Meta.

Participants release and hold Meta harmless from any and all liability arising from or connected with this promotion.

All inquiries regarding the promotion should be directed to Bullion Club Australia.

Liability

Bullion Club Australia is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or delays that prevent participation in the giveaway.

Bullion Club Australia shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense incurred in connection with the prize or participation in the giveaway.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullion Club Australia, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the giveaway.

Permits & Compliance

Giveaways are conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion laws and regulations.

Where required by law, Bullion Club Australia will obtain and publish the relevant permits prior to the commencement of the giveaway.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or amend the giveaway and these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable laws.

Any changes will be published on the official Bullion Club Australia website and may be communicated via email or other official channels.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
