Bullion Clubhouse Membership – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bullion Club Australia. By becoming a member of the club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and membership benefits.  

1. Overview

The Bullion Clubhouse Membership (“Membership”) is a subscription-based service operated by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd (“BCA”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Membership provides access to the private Bullion Clubhouse community hosted via Discord, along with exclusive content, updates, and promotional opportunities.

2. Membership Benefits

As an active member, you will receive:

  • Access to the private Bullion Clubhouse (Discord community)

  • Access to Bullion Club Australia educational resources

  • Club updates, insights, and announcements

  • Access to community discussions and networking

  • Automatic entry into eligible free Bullion Club Australia giveaways during your active Membership period

3. Pricing & Limited Spots Promotion

  • The standard Membership price is $9.99 AUD per month

  • BCA may offer promotional access under a limited spots promotion

Limited Spots Promotion Terms:

  • A limited number of Membership spots may be offered with free lifetime access

  • Members who successfully join before all promotional spots are filled will receive free access for life (no ongoing subscription fees)

  • Once all promotional spots are filled, all new members will be charged $9.99 AUD per month

  • BCA reserves the right to:

    • Limit, increase, decrease, or remove the number of promotional spots at any time

    • End or modify the promotion without prior notice

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Paid Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis

  • By subscribing, you agree to automatic monthly charges until cancelled

  • Payments will be charged using your selected payment method

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation:

  • You will lose access to the Bullion Clubhouse (Discord)

  • You will lose eligibility for any active or upcoming giveaways

  • Your benefits will cease immediately once cancellation is processed

6. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless required by Australian Consumer Law

  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time or early cancellation

​

7. Giveaway Eligibility

  • Only active members are eligible for member giveaways

  • If your Membership is cancelled or inactive at the time of a draw:

    • You will not be eligible to participate or win

Giveaway terms may vary and are subject to separate promotional conditions where applicable.

8. Community Conduct (Discord Rules)

By joining the Bullion Clubhouse, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect

  • Not engage in abusive, misleading, or harmful behaviour

  • Not promote scams, spam, or unauthorised advertising

BCA reserves the right to:

  • Remove members from the community

  • Revoke Membership access without refund if these rules are breached

9. Promotions & Communications

  • The Bullion Clubhouse may include promotional content, offers, and marketing campaigns

  • By joining, you agree to receive updates, emails, and promotional communications related to BCA

10. Changes to Membership & Terms

BCA reserves the right to:

  • Update or modify Membership benefits

  • Change pricing

  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Members will be notified of significant changes where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • BCA provides educational content and community access only

  • We do not provide financial advice

  • Members are responsible for their own investment decisions

12. Termination

BCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Payment fails

  • Misuse of the platform occurs
