Guidelines for Entering and Participating in Bullion Club Public Giveaways. 

Introduction 

By participating in Bullion Club Australia's public giveaways, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in all public giveaways hosted by Bullion Club Australia. 

 

Definitions 

  • Entrant: An individual who submits a valid entry in accordance with these T&Cs. 

  • Prize: The item(s) awarded in each Giveaway, as outlined in the Prize section. 

  • Draw Date: The last Friday of each calendar month, unless otherwise announced. 

 

Eligibility 

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 

  • Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible. Entrants must provide their full name, valid email, and phone number. Incomplete, false, or duplicate entries may be disqualified. 

 

How to Enter 

  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. 

  • Entries must be submitted through the official entry form on www.bullionclub.com.au or other official channels as directed by the Promoter. 

  • Unless otherwise stated, Entrants are limited to one entry per Giveaway. Multiple or duplicate entries may be voided. 

  • Entries close at 7:30pm AEST on the Friday the Day of the draw. Late entries will not be accepted. 

 

Giveaway & Draw 

  • Giveaways are drawn on the last Friday of each month, unless otherwise notified. 

  • Winners are selected at random using a fair and impartial digital draw system. 

  • All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

 

Prizes 

  • Each prize will be announced on the Promoter’s website and/or social media prior to the draw. 

  • Prizes may vary from month to month. The most common prize is one (1) x 1oz silver bullion coin or bar. 

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

  • If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. 

  • Total prize pool does not exceed AUD $10,000 per Giveaway. 

 

Winner Notification & Claim 

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw. 

  • Winners may also be announced on the Promoter’s website and social media platforms. 

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter may redraw and award the prize to another Entrant. 
     

Prize Delivery 

  • Prizes are shipped via AUS Post. Bullion Club Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once dispatched.  

  • Some giveaways may have eligibility restrictions based on location or legal requirements.    

  • Any taxes, customs duties, or additional costs associated with the prize delivery will be the responsibility of the member receiving the prize. 

 

Unclaimed Prizes Policy 

Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If a prize is not claimed within this period, Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The redraw will take place no earlier than 30 days from the original draw date and will follow the same draw method. The redraw winner will be notified and published in line with the original draw process. 

 

Privacy & Data Use 

  • By entering, Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to administer the Giveaway and for marketing purposes (unless opted out). 

  • Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their eligibility to enter future Giveaways. 

 

No Guarantee of Winning 

Participation in our giveaways does not guarantee that a member will win a prize. All giveaways are conducted via random selection process, and winners are chosen impartially. 

 

Meta Liability Release 

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., including Facebook and Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Bullion Club Australia, not to Meta. Participants fully release and hold Meta harmless from any and all liability arising from or in connection with this promotion. All inquiries regarding the promotion should be directed to Bullion Club Australia. 

 

Liability 

  • Bullion Club Australia is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that prevent participants from entering the giveaway. 

  • Bullion Club Australia shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss that may occur in connection with the prize.  

  • In no event shall Bullion Club Australia, its affiliates or partners be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this giveaway. 

 

Permits & Compliance 

  • Giveaways are conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion regulations. 

  • Where required (for example, in NSW, SA, or ACT for prizes above state thresholds), the Promoter will obtain and publish the relevant permits. 

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions 

Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to modify, update or cancel the giveaway at any time. Changes to the Privacy Policy or giveaway terms will be posted on the official website, and participants will be notified via email or other communication channels as applicable. 

 

Governing Law 

  • This Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of the giveaway are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.  

  • Any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
