Guidelines for Entering and Participating in Bullion Club Free Giveaways.

1. Introduction

By participating in this Bullion Club Australia ("BCA") giveaway and joining the Bullion Clubhouse, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern both participation in the giveaway and membership of the Bullion Clubhouse community.

Joining the Bullion Clubhouse Discord community is a mandatory condition of entry. Entries are not valid until this requirement has been completed.

2. Definitions

Bullion Club Australia (BCA) means Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd.

Bullion Clubhouse means the official private Bullion Club Australia community hosted via Discord.

Entrant means an individual who successfully completes all giveaway entry requirements, including joining the Bullion Clubhouse Discord community.

Member means an individual who joins the Bullion Clubhouse.

Prize means one (1) x 1oz Silver Australian Coloured Kangaroo Coin.

Draw Date means 17 July 2026 at 8:00pm AEST.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of BCA are not eligible to enter.

BCA reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, Entrants must:

Successfully join the official Bullion Clubhouse Discord community using the invite link provided by BCA.

An entry is only considered valid once the Entrant has successfully joined the Bullion Clubhouse Discord community.

Entrants who register but do not join the Bullion Clubhouse Discord community will not be eligible for the giveaway and their entry will be deemed invalid.

Unless otherwise stated, Entrants are limited to one (1) entry per giveaway.

Multiple, false, misleading, incomplete, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Entries close at 5:00pm AEST on the day of the draw.

Late entries will not be accepted.

5. Bullion Clubhouse Membership

The Bullion Clubhouse is the official private community of Bullion Club Australia hosted via Discord.

Membership is currently provided free of charge.

As a member, you may receive access to:

The private Bullion Clubhouse Discord community;
Educational resources and content;
Community discussions and networking opportunities;
Bullion news, market updates, and announcements;
Exclusive member content and promotions;
Eligible BCA giveaways and community rewards.

Membership benefits may change from time to time at BCA's discretion.

6. Community Conduct

By joining the Bullion Clubhouse, Members agree to:

Treat all members respectfully;
Engage in discussions constructively;
Follow Discord's Terms of Service;
Not harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or intimidate other members;
Not post misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content;
Not promote scams, spam, or unauthorised advertising.

BCA reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend, or permanently remove Members who breach these rules.

7. Giveaway Draw

The giveaway will be drawn on 17 July 2026 at 8:00pm AEST unless otherwise advised by BCA.

The winner will be drawn live within the Bullion Clubhouse Discord community.

Only Entrants who have successfully joined the Bullion Clubhouse Discord community and satisfied all entry requirements will be eligible for the draw.

Winners are selected at random using a fair and impartial digital random draw system.

All decisions made by BCA are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Prize

The prize for this giveaway is:

One (1) x 1oz Silver Australian Coloured Kangaroo Coin.

Prizes:

Are not transferable;
Cannot be exchanged;
Cannot be redeemed for cash.

If a prize becomes unavailable, BCA reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

The total prize pool does not exceed AUD $10,000.

9. Winner Notification & Claim

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.

Winners may also be announced:

Within the Bullion Clubhouse;
On BCA websites;
On BCA social media channels.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, BCA may conduct a redraw.

10. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped via Australia Post to the winner's nominated Australian address.

BCA is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after dispatch.

Any taxes, duties, customs charges, or additional costs associated with prize delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

11. Unclaimed Prizes

Winners must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified.

If a prize remains unclaimed, BCA may conduct a redraw.

Any redraw will occur no earlier than thirty (30) days after the original draw date and will follow the same draw process.

The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

12. Promotions & Communications

By joining the Bullion Clubhouse and entering the giveaway, Entrants consent to receiving:

Community announcements;
Bullion Club Australia updates;
Promotional communications;
Event notifications;
Giveaway announcements.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect the validity of an existing giveaway entry.

13. Privacy & Data Use

By entering the giveaway and joining the Bullion Clubhouse, Entrants consent to BCA collecting, storing, and using personal information for:

Administering the giveaway;
Managing Bullion Clubhouse membership;
Contacting winners;
Community communications;
Marketing and promotional purposes where permitted by law.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with BCA's Privacy Policy.

14. Educational Content Disclaimer

The Bullion Clubhouse provides educational content, discussions, opinions, and general information only.

Nothing within the Bullion Clubhouse constitutes:

Financial advice;
Investment advice;
Legal advice;
Taxation advice; or
Personal advice.

Members should seek professional advice before making any financial or investment decisions.

15. No Guarantee of Winning

Participation in this giveaway does not guarantee that an Entrant will win a prize.

All winners are selected through a random and impartial process.

16. Meta Liability Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., including Facebook and Instagram.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Bullion Club Australia and not to Meta.

Participants release and hold Meta harmless from any liability arising from or connected with this promotion.

All enquiries regarding the promotion should be directed to Bullion Club Australia.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, claim, or liability arising from:

Participation in the giveaway;
Membership of the Bullion Clubhouse;
Acceptance or use of any prize;
Community discussions or educational content.

Participation is undertaken at the participant's own risk.

18. Changes to These Terms

BCA reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or amend these Terms & Conditions, the giveaway, or Bullion Clubhouse membership benefits at any time, subject to applicable laws.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on the BCA website.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
