By entering Bullion Club Australia’s Special Christmas 10K Milestone Giveaway (“the Giveaway”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). These T&Cs apply to this specific promotional giveaway only.

Entrant: An individual who submits a valid entry in accordance with these T&Cs.
Prize: One (1) x 1oz silver bullion coin per winning draw, with a total of 10 separate prizes.
Draw Date: 26 December 2025, drawn live on Facebook.
Promoter: Bullion Club.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must provide their full name, valid email address, and phone number.

Incomplete, false, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

PO Boxes are permitted for delivery.

Giveaway opens 5 December 2025 at 12:00am AEST.

Entries close 26 December 2025 at 7:00pm AEST, one hour before the live draw.

Entry is free, and no purchase is required.

Entrants must submit their entry via the official form on www.bullionclub.com.au or other official channels as directed by the Promoter.

Unless otherwise stated, Entrants are limited to one entry per person.

Entrants may win more than once; after each win, the winner’s name is placed back into the draw (“repeat-win eligible”).

Late entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded.

Each prize consists of one (1) x 1oz silver bullion coin.

Total prize pool value is AUD $1,000.00.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The live draw will be conducted on 26 December 2025 at 8:00pm AEST on the Bullion Club Australia Facebook page.

All winners will be selected at random using a digital, impartial draw system.

Winners may be selected more than once due to repeat-entry eligibility.

All decisions made by the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be announced during the live stream and also contacted via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the unclaimed prize.

Any redraw will occur no earlier than 30 days after the original Draw Date and will follow the same randomised process.

Prizes will be shipped via Australia Post to the winner’s nominated home address or PO Box.

Bullion Club Australia is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to prizes once dispatched.

Any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with delivery are the responsibility of the winner.

Delivery is available Australia-wide only.

By entering, Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for administering the Giveaway and for future marketing communications (unless opted out).

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting eligibility for future free giveaways.

All data is handled in accordance with Bullion Club Australia’s Privacy Policy located at www.bullionclub.com.au/privacy.

Participation does not guarantee any prize. Winners are chosen solely through a random selection process.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., including Facebook or Instagram. Entrants provide their information to Bullion Club Australia, not Meta, and release Meta from all liability relating to this promotion.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical errors, failed entries, lost internet connection, or system issues that prevent participation.

The Promoter accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred when participating in the Giveaway or in connection with receiving or using the prize.

In no event shall the Promoter be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This Giveaway is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion regulations.

Permits will be obtained where required based on prize value and jurisdiction.

Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the Giveaway at any time. Any changes will be announced on the official website or via email.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
