Membership Eligibility 

 

• Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older.  

  

• Membership is subject to compliance with Australian laws and regulations.   

 

Payment & Membership 

• All prices are in AUD. 

  

• Memberships are billed monthly, unless stated otherwise. 

  

• Members can cancel anytime, but all benefits including current draw entries only apply while their membership is active. 

  

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. 

  

• All Bullion Club Australia Membership Fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method provided during registration. 

  

• You may cancel your membership at any time via the 'My Membership' section in your account dashboard. 

  

• Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide refunds for the current billing cycle. 

 

• If a payment fails, your membership may be paused until payment is received.   

  

• The membership fee amount is determined by the chosen tier and is subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes in pricing at least 30 days in advance. 

  

• Non-Refundable: Bullion Club Australia Membership fees are non-refundable. In the event that you cancel your membership or are disqualified, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused benefits.

BCA Loyalty Entries

BCA Loyalty Entries are bonus entries awarded to Bullion Club Australia members in recognition of continued, uninterrupted membership. These entries are granted based on the length of time a member has remained active on a paid membership plan.

 

How Loyalty Entries Work

• Loyalty Entries are awarded once a member reaches each qualifying milestone of uninterrupted membership.

• If a membership is cancelled, suspended, or payment fails, the Loyalty Entry counter resets, and previously accumulated Loyalty Entries are forfeited.

• Loyalty Entries are automatically added to the member’s entry total for the monthly BCA Draw occurring within the qualification period.

 

Loyalty Milestone Entries (Members-only) 

Members receive the following Loyalty Entries when reaching each milestone:

• 3 Months of Continuous Membership: 3x Loyalty Entries

• 6 Months of Continuous Membership: 6x Loyalty Entries

• 9 Months of Continuous Membership: 9x Loyalty Entries

• 12 Months of Continuous Membership: 12x Loyalty Entries

 

After 12 months, the cycle restarts, and Loyalty Entries will accrue again in the same sequence for each additional 12-month period of uninterrupted membership.

 

General Conditions

• Loyalty Entries hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for any other benefit.

• Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue the Loyalty Entry system at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our official channels.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the official Bullion Club Australia Discord server (“the Server”), operated by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd. 
By joining or interacting within the Server, you agree to these Terms. 

  

Purpose 
 
 

• The Bullion Club Discord provides education, discussion, and community engagement around gold, silver, and other precious-metal markets. 
  Access is offered as part of Bullion Club Australia's public community platform. 

  

Conduct 
 
 

• Members must: 
     •    Follow Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. 
     •    Communicate respectfully at all times. 
     •    Avoid harassment, spam, misleading activity, or unauthorised promotion. 
     •    Refrain from offering or requesting financial or investment advice.

  Automated price updates are sourced from reputable third-party data providers. 
  Nothing within the Server constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

  Participation in the Server is at the member’s own risk.

• Personal information (for example, giveaway entries) is collected only for community management and prize administration.

Billing & Renewal 

  

•    Continued access beyond the promotional period constitutes consent to automatic billing. 

•    Monthly billing will occur on the same calendar day as your initial sign-up, beginning after the free period ends. 

•    You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard to avoid future charges. 

  

Changes & Termination 

  

•    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 

•    Any changes will not affect members who are already within their free trial period. 

  

Acceptance of Terms 

  

By registering for the Bullion Club Discord Membership Plan during the promotional period, you acknowledge and agree to these Promotional Terms and our standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

 

Refunds & Cancellation Policy 

• Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer service. Upon cancellation, your benefits and participation in future giveaways will end immediately. 

 

• Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.   

  

• If you cancel your membership, you will immediately lose access to all member benefits, including entry into the current monthly giveaway(s). 

 

• Chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate termination of your membership.   

 

Membership Suspension or Termination 

• Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for any member who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is found to be acting inappropriately or against the interests of the Bullion Club Australia community. 

• In the event of termination, all benefits will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions explain how Bullion Club Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles membership billing, payment-method updates, and cancellations submitted through the My Memberships page on our website.

 

By submitting a request through any form on this page, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. How Membership Requests Are Processed

 

1.1

All membership requests submitted on this page (payment method updates, card changes, cancellation requests) are manually reviewed and processed by Bullion Club Australia for accuracy and security.

 

1.2

Requests are processed during business hours (Mon–Fri AEST). Most requests are completed within 1–2 business days.

 

1.3

Some actions such as updating your card details require us to send you a secure Wix Payments link.

You must complete this link for your update to take effect.

2. Payment Methods & Card Updates

 

2.1

For your protection, Bullion Club Australia does not collect, store, or process any card details through our website or request forms.

 

2.2

All billing information is handled securely by Wix Payments, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant provider.

 

2.3

When you request a payment method or card update:

• We verify your identity through your member email.

• We then send you a secure Wix Payments link so you can enter new billing details yourself.

• We never ask for your card information directly.

 

2.4

Your billing cycle and next scheduled charge remain unchanged unless explicitly confirmed otherwise.

 

3. Cancelling Your Membership

 

3.1

You may request cancellation at any time using the cancellation form or by emailing support@bullionclubaustralia.com.au.

 

3.2

Cancellations must be confirmed by our team before they are finalised.

 

3.3

Once processed:

• Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid billing period unless an immediate cancellation is requested.

• Existing entries allocated for the current period remain valid.

• You will not be billed again after cancellation is confirmed.

 

3.4

Refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle are not provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

 

4.1

We only use the personal information you submit on this page to process your membership request.

 

4.2

We do not store, collect, or have access to:

• Credit card numbers

• CVC/CVV codes

• Expiration dates

• Full billing address linked to payment methods

 

These remain encrypted and managed solely by Wix Payments.

 

4.3

5. Member Responsibilities

 

By submitting a request, you agree that:

Entries, benefits, and access may be affected if required payment information is not kept up to date.
