1. Introduction

By participating in any Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all giveaway promotions hosted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd ("BCA", "we", "our", "us"), whether entry is obtained via a on-going bundle or one-time bundle purchases.

Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions are conducted as private invite-only promotional campaigns.

Participation in Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions is available only to individuals who receive a private invitation or access link from Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd. Invitations may be distributed through Bullion Club Australia’s official communication channels, including social media posts, direct messages, email communications, or other communications issued by Bullion Club Australia.

2. Prizes

The prizes offered in each Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotion will vary monthly and may include gold or silver bullion items such as coins, bars or collectibles.

The prize breakdown for each Giveaway Promotion will be clearly advertised on Bullion Club Australia’s official channels prior to each draw.

Prize Breakdown

First Place Prize:

500g ABC Bullion Silver Cast Bar valued at over $2,000.00 (AUD).

At the time of winning, the winner may choose to receive a $2,000 (AUD) cash alternative instead of the bullion prize. The cash alternative will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner.

All prize values are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

If a listed prize becomes unavailable, Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

3. Definitions

Promoter: Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd ("BCA", "we", "our", "us")

On-going bundles: A recurring monthly subscription that provides a fixed number of entries into each monthly Giveaway Promotion while active (Starter, Premium, Ultimate).

One-time bundle entrant: A participant who purchases a one-time Bundle to be in the current monthly giveaway (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Emerald).

Giveaway Promotion: Any monthly prize draw or promotional giveaway conducted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd.

Prize: Gold or silver bullion, or any other promotional item advertised for the specific draw.

Private Invite-Only Giveaway:

A promotional prize draw conducted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd that is restricted to invited participants only. Invitations may be distributed through private invitation links, social media communications, direct messages, email communications, or other official communications issued by Bullion Club Australia. Eligible participants may include followers of Bullion Club Australia’s social media channels who receive an invitation or access link.

4. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) due to permit restrictions.

Entrants must reside in Australia at the time of entry and prize fulfilment. Proof of residency may be requested.

Directors, employees, or contractors of Bullion Club Australia are not eligible to enter.

Entries providing false or misleading information may be disqualified.

5. Entry Methods

5.1 On-going bundles

Bullion Club Australia offers optional ongoing subscription bundles that provide automatic entries into each monthly Giveaway Promotion for as long as the subscription remains active and fully paid.

Starter $20 per month

On-going Bundle inclusions include:

25 free entries into all monthly draws and Promotions

Access to the Bullion Clubhouse

Automatic entry to all free BCA giveaways

Early bird promotional emails

Premium $50 per month

On-going Bundle inclusions include:

85 free entries into all monthly draws and Promotions

Access to the Bullion Clubhouse

Automatic entry to all free BCA giveaways

Early bird promotional emails

Ultimate $100 per month

On-going Bundle inclusions include:

200 free entries into all monthly draws and Promotions

Access to the Bullion Clubhouse

Automatic entry to all free BCA giveaways

Early bird promotional emails

All prices are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

Entry Allocation & Non-Accumulation

Entries issued under an on-going bundle:

Apply only to the current monthly Giveaway Promotion

Do not accumulate, roll over, or carry forward into future draws

Reset to the applicable entry amount at the start of each new Giveaway Promotion period

Unused entries are forfeited at the conclusion of each monthly draw and have no cash value.

On-going Subscription Status at Draw Time

To be eligible for entries under an ongoing bundle, the subscription must be active, paid, and in good standing at the time of the entry cut-off and at the time of the live draw.

Any subscription that is cancelled, paused, refunded, reversed, or experiences a failed payment prior to the draw will be immediately excluded from the current Giveaway Promotion.

Bullion Club Australia is not responsible for payment failures caused by insufficient funds, expired cards, or payment provider issues.

Inclusions with On-going Bundles

While active, ongoing subscription bundle holders receive:

Access to the Bullion Clubhouse

Early bird promotional emails

Automatic entry to all free BCA giveaways

Access to these inclusions is contingent on the subscription remaining active.

Cancellation of on-going Bundles

Subscribers may cancel their on-going bundle at any time via the ‘my membership’ section located on our official website:

Upon cancellation:

All future recurring payments will cease

The subscriber will be removed from the current and future Giveaway Promotions

Any entries associated with the cancelled subscription for the current draw will be voided immediately if cancellation occurs prior to the draw.

No partial refunds or entry substitutions apply following cancellation.

Combination with One-Time Bundles

Participants with an active ongoing bundle may also purchase one-time Bundles.

Entries from one-time Bundles are separate from on-going bundle entries and are applied in accordance with the Bundle Terms outlined below.

50 free entries into the giveaway

14-day access to the Bullion Clubhouse

Emerald Bundle $100

120 free entries into the giveaway

21-day access to the Bullion Clubhouse

Each bundle provides entries for a single monthly Giveaway Promotion with inclusions as listed above.

There is no cap on the number of one-time bundles that may be purchased unless otherwise stated in writing by Bullion Club Australia for a specific promotion.

One-time bundle purchases are final and non-refundable once entries are confirmed, except where otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

6. Promotion Dates

Giveaway Promotion Start Date: 20th March 2026 (AEDT)

Entry Cut-Off: 30 minutes prior to the live draw

Draw Date: 25th April 2026 at 8:00 PM (AEST)

7. Entry Process

On-going bundle entries are applied automatically while the subscription remains active.

One-time bundle entrants receive their entries upon successful checkout.

Only one on-going subscriber account per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Multiple entries are permitted only through valid on-going bundles, one-time bundles, or referral bonuses.

By entering, participants consent to receiving promotional updates via email or SMS. Unsubscribing does not affect giveaway eligibility.

Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions are conducted as private invite-only giveaways. Entry links may be distributed through Bullion Club Australia’s social media channels, direct messages, email communications, or other official communications issued by Bullion Club Australia. Eligible participants may include followers of Bullion Club Australia’s social media channels who receive an invitation or access link to participate.

8. Entry Deadline

All entries must be received no later than 30 minutes before the live draw begins.

Any on-going or one-time bundle purchases made after the entry cut-off will not be included in the current Giveaway Promotion.

8.1 Purchases Made After Entry Cut-Off

Purchases made after the entry cut-off may either be:

Automatically carried forward to the next Giveaway Promotion, or

Refunded (One-time Bundles only), upon request prior to the next draw.

9. Terminology & Entry Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the term “Giveaway” refers to a promotional prize draw conducted by the Promoter.

A Giveaway may be free to enter or may require payment for entry, bundle, ticket, or participation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no fixed or guaranteed number of entries available, and the odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions may be conducted as private invite-only promotions, where participation is available only through invitation or access to a private entry link issued by Bullion Club Australia. Eligible participants may include followers of Bullion Club Australia’s social media channels who receive such invitations through official communications.

10. Promotional Offers & Limited-Time Campaigns

Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd may conduct limited-time promotional campaigns that modify entry allocations or bundle inclusions.

Promotional campaigns:

Apply only during the advertised Promotion Period

Do not permanently alter bundle inclusions

Cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated

Promotional campaigns may also be distributed as private offers available only to individuals who receive the promotion through Bullion Club Australia’s official communication channels.

11. Private Invite-Only Promotion

This promotional campaign is conducted as a private invite-only promotion.

Access to the promotion is available only to individuals who receive a private invitation or access link issued by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd.

Invitations may be distributed through Bullion Club Australia’s social media channels, direct messages, email communications, or other official communications.

Eligible participants may include followers of Bullion Club Australia’s social media channels who receive an invitation to participate.

Participants must comply with Bullion Club Australia’s General Giveaway Terms & Conditions and all standard eligibility requirements apply.

11.1 50% Off One-Time Bundles Promotion

Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd is offering a limited-time promotion providing 50% off all one-time Bundles (“50% Off Promotion”).

Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid until 1st April 2026 at 11:59 PM (AEDT).

Discounted Bundle Pricing:

Bronze Bundle: Was $5 → Now $2.50

Silver Bundle: Was $10 → Now $5.00

Gold Bundle: Was $20 → Now $10.00

Platinum Bundle: Was $35 → Now $17.50

Diamond Bundle: Was $50 → Now $25.00

Emerald Bundle: Was $100 → Now $50.00

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Promotion Details:

The 50% discount applies exclusively to one-time Bundle purchases during the Promotion Period.

Discounted pricing will be automatically applied at checkout while the promotion is active.

This promotion does not apply to on-going subscription bundles.

Entry Allocation:

Entry allocations for each Bundle remain unchanged.

The promotion applies to price only and does not increase or alter the number of entries received per Bundle.

Conditions:

This promotion is valid only during the stated Promotion Period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.

All purchases remain subject to Section 5.2 (One-Time Bundles).

All purchases are final and non-refundable once entries are confirmed, except where otherwise stated.

11.2 Future Promotions

Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd may introduce additional Promotions, including but not limited to:

Bonus entry campaigns (e.g. double entries)

Flash sales or limited-time discounts

Referral-based incentives

Exclusive member-only offers

Tier-specific or targeted promotions

Details of each Promotion will be outlined in a dedicated subsection or communicated via official Bullion Club Australia channels.
