BCA Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction 

By participating in any Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
These terms govern your participation in all giveaway promotions hosted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd 88 689 450 388 whether entered via active membership or one-time ticket bundle purchases. 

 

2. Prizes 

The prizes offered in each Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotion will vary monthly and may include gold or silver bullion items such as coins, bars, or collectibles. 
The prize breakdown for each Giveaway Promotion will be clearly advertised on Bullion Club Australia’s official channels prior to each draw. 

Prize Breakdown 

  • First Place Prize: 500g ABC Silver Eureka Minted Bar valued over $2,600.00 AUD

All prize values are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
If a listed prize becomes unavailable, Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. 

 

3. Definitions 

Promoter: Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd (“BCA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) 
Member: An active subscriber with a paid BCA Membership. 
Ticket Bundle Entrant: A participant who purchases a one-time BCA Ticket Bundle (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Emerald). 
Giveaway Promotion: Any monthly prize draw or promotional giveaway conducted by Bullion Club Australia. 
Prize: Gold or silver bullion, or any other promotional item advertised for the specific draw. 

 

4. Eligibility 

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of South Australia and the ACT due to permit restrictions. 

  • Entrants must reside in Australia at the time of entry and prize fulfilment. Proof of residency may be requested. 

  • Directors, employees, or contractors of Bullion Club Australia are not eligible to enter. 

  • Entries providing false or misleading information may be disqualified. 

 

5. Entry Methods 

5A. BCA Members 

  • Active BCA Members receive automatic complimentary entries into monthly Giveaway Promotions. 

  • Each BCA Membership includes 10x Free Monthly Entries and additional membership benefits. 

  • Memberships must be active and fully paid at the time of the draw to qualify. 

  • Membership costs $12.99 AUD per month and auto-renews unless cancelled.

5B. BCA Ticket Bundle Entrants

Non-members may enter by purchasing a one-time BCA Ticket Bundle on the official website.

Access to BCA Ticket Bundles is strictly invite-only and available exclusively via a direct purchase link provided by Bullion Club Australia. Ticket Bundles are not publicly listed or available without an invitation link issued by BCA.

Ticket Bundles include:

Bronze Bundle – 3 Entries
Silver Bundle – 7 Entries
Gold Bundle – 15 Entries
Platinum Bundle – 30 Entries
Diamond Bundle – 50 Entries
Emerald Bundle – 120 Entries

Each bundle provides entries for a single monthly Giveaway Promotion only.

There is no cap or limit on the number of eligible BCA Ticket Bundles that may be purchased by a participant unless otherwise stated in writing by Bullion Club Australia for a specific promotion.

Ticket Bundle purchases are final and non-refundable once entries are confirmed, except where otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.​

6. Promotion Dates

Giveaway Promotion Start Date: 26 January 2026 (AEST)
Entry Cut-Off: 30 minutes before the live draw commences (AEST)
Draw Date: 28 February 2026, 8pm (AEDT)
Location: Draws are conducted live via Facebook @BullionClubAustralia​​

 

7. Entry Process 

  • Members are automatically entered into all active Giveaway Promotions. 

  • Ticket Bundle entrants receive their entries upon successful checkout. 

  • Only one membership account per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. 

  • Multiple entries are permitted only through valid bundles or referral bonuses. 

  • By entering, participants consent to receiving promotional updates, offers, and giveaway announcements via email or SMS. You may unsubscribe at any time. 

 

8. Entry Deadline

All entries for a Giveaway Promotion must be received no later than 30 minutes before the live draw begins.

Any BCA Membership activations or BCA Ticket Bundle purchases made after this entry cut-off time will not be included in the current Giveaway Promotion.

Entries or benefits associated with late purchases will be handled in accordance with Section 8A below.

8A. Purchases Made After Entry Cut-Off (Memberships & Ticket Bundles)

If a customer activates a BCA Membership or purchases a BCA Ticket Bundle after the official entry cut-off time for a Giveaway Promotion, the purchase will not be included in that month’s draw.

In this circumstance, the customer will have the following options:

a. Automatic Entry into the Next Giveaway Promotion

  • The membership or ticket bundle may be carried forward and automatically applied to the next available monthly Giveaway Promotion.

  • Any entries associated with the membership or ticket bundle will be included in the next month’s draw at the same value purchased.

b. Refund Option (Ticket Bundles Only)

  • Alternatively, customers who purchased a BCA Ticket Bundle may request a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Refund requests must be made before the next Giveaway Promotion draw and will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Additional Conditions

  • Refunds or carry-forward options apply only where the purchase was made after the official entry cut-off time.

  • Once entries have been carried forward and applied to a future Giveaway Promotion, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

  • Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to verify purchase times, transaction records, and system logs to determine eligibility for carry-forward or refund.

9. Disqualification 

Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: 

  • Provides false or misleading information; 

  • Uses fraudulent, automated, or tampered entry methods; or 

  • Breaches any clause of these Terms and Conditions. 

 

10. Prize Value & Compliance 

Each Giveaway Promotion is structured so that the total prize pool does not exceed $10,000 AUD, ensuring compliance with Australian trade promotion regulations and avoiding the need for a permit. 

 

11. Winner Selection 

  • Winners are selected using Randomdraws.com.au, a registered random draw system. 

  • Each entry has an equal chance of winning. 

  • All draws are conducted live on Bullion Club Australia’s Facebook page. 

 

12. Winner Notification 

  • Winners are contacted via email and/or phone within one (1) business day of the draw. 

  • Winner names are published on the Bullion Club Australia website or social pages for a minimum of 14 days. 

 

13. Prize Delivery 

  • Prizes are shipped via Australia Post with signature on delivery. 

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel will be held at the nearest post office. 

  • Entrants must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping details. 

  • BCA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after dispatching. 

  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or additional costs are the winner’s responsibility. 

 

14. Unclaimed Prizes 

  • Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. 

  • Unclaimed prizes will trigger a redraw no earlier than 30 days after the original draw date. 

  • Redraws follow the same method and are announced publicly. 

 

15. No Guarantee of Winning 

Participation in any Giveaway Promotion does not guarantee a prize. 
All draws are based purely on chance, and all results are final. 

 

16. Referral Program

  • Referral Program Terms

  • Open to active BCA Members only.

  • For each successful referral, the referring member will receive 2 bonus entries.

  • To qualify, the referring member’s name must be listed in the sign-up form under “How did you hear about us?”

  • The referred (new) member does not receive bonus entries from the referral.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make.

  • Referral promotions may run at random intervals throughout the year.

  • BCA reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

17. Important Conditions 

  • Residents of South Australia and the ACT are not eligible to enter. 

  • Providing false details about state of residence may result in cancellation and permanent suspension. 

  • Entries must not be automated, manipulated, or duplicated fraudulently. 

 

18. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Disclaimer 

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook or Instagram). 
Participants acknowledge that they provide their information solely to Bullion Club Australia and release Meta from all liability. 

 

19. General Conditions 

  • Members must maintain an active membership and correct contact details to remain eligible. 

  • Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time. 

  • All decisions made by BCA in relation to Giveaway Promotions are final and binding. 

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification. 

 

20. Use of Personal Information 

By entering, participants consent to Bullion Club Australia collecting and using their personal information (including name, email, and phone number) for: 

  • Giveaway administration and prize delivery; 

  • Winner announcements; and 

  • Optional marketing communications (if opted in). 
    Participants can unsubscribe or request data removal at any time. 

 

21. Privacy & Data Protection 

Bullion Club Australia is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Australian privacy laws. 
We employ industry-standard measures to protect collected information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. 
By entering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. 

 

22. Liability 

  • Bullion Club Australia is not responsible for any technical failures, delays, or interruptions that affect participation. 

  • The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the prize. 

  • In no event shall Bullion Club Australia, its affiliates, or partners be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this promotion. 

 

23. Intellectual Property 

All content, logos, promotional materials, and visuals related to Bullion Club Australia are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Bullion Club Australia. 
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. 

 

24. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. 
Any disputes arising in connection with a Giveaway Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
