Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• By participating in The Bullion Club’s giveaways, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in all giveaways hosted by The Bullion Club.

• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.

• Giveaways are ONLY open to residents of Australia. Any international entries will not be accepted.

• To enter our giveaways, simply sign up for the BC Members Package. Once you become a member, you will automatically be entered into all future giveaways hosted by The Bullion Club.​

• ​Only one entry per person is allowed (unless otherwise stated). Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.

• All members are automatically entered into the giveaway for the month they sign up, regardless of the signup date.

• All Members who purchase a BC Members Package before the announcement date of the current month's giveaway will be entered into that month’s draw.

• Packages purchased after the announcement date will secure entry into the following month’s giveaway.

​

• To ensure the best possible experience, the entry process may be refined or adjusted periodically.

•  The prizes for our giveaways may vary. The number of winners may vary depending on the specific giveaway.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual without our prior written consent.​​

• Delivery for prizes will require a signature upon arrival, in the event the winner is not home to receive it, the package will be sent to nearest Aus post office awaiting collection.  

• Prizes are shipped via AUS Post. The Bullion Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once dispatched.

• Some giveaways may have eligibility restrictions based on location or legal requirements.

​

• Members who win prizes in giveaways must respond to the notification within the specific time frame 24 hours after the draw to claim their prize.

• Any taxes, customs duties, or additional costs associated with the prize delivery will be the responsibilty of the member recieving the prize.

• All prizes won are subject to availabitly and delivery ploicies. Members are responsible for providing accurate. shipping information. Bullion Club is not liable for lost or undeliverable prizes due to incorrect or outdated shipping information.

• Participation in our giveaways does not guarantee that a member will win a prize. All giveaways are conducted via random selection process, and winners are chosen impartially.

• Winners will be randomly selected LIVE from the pool of eligible entries. Using the Barrel of names or random name selector.

• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 business day after the giveaway concludes.

​

• If a winner does not respond within 1 business day of being notified, they forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected.

• By entering, you consent to The Bullion Club using your personal information (including name, email address, and phone number) for the purposes of the giveaway, winner selection, and delivery of prizes. We may also use your contact information to notify you about future promotions or giveaways, should you opt-in to receive such communications.

• The Bullion Club is committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. We adhere to the principles set forth under Australian privacy laws and employ industry-standard security measures to protect the data we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

• By entering and participating in The Bullion Club giveaways, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.

• The Bullion Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be providing false or misleading information, using fraudulent methods to enter the giveaway, or violating any of the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

• Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification, and The Bullion Club shall have the sole discretion to determine whether disqualification is warranted.

• Bullion Club is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that prevent participants from entering the giveaway.

• ​Bullion Club shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur in connection with the prize.

• In no event shall Bullion Club, its affiliates, or partners be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this giveaway.

•  All materials related to the giveaway, including logos, website content, and promotional materials, are the intellectual property of Bullion Club and cannot be used without permission.

• This Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of the giveaway are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• Any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

• The Bullion Club reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the giveaway at any time. Changes to the Privacy Policy or giveaway terms will be posted on the official website, and participants will be notified via email or other communication channels as applicable.
