• By participating in Bullion Club’s member giveaways, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in all member giveaways hosted by Bullion Club.

All membership tiers offered by Bullion Club are priced to reflect the fair market value of the services and benefits provided.

Entry into monthly giveaways is included at no additional cost, offered as a complimentary bonus exclusively for active members.

• All Bullion Club membership packages (Bullion beginner, Bullion Intermediate, Bullion Expert) are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to ongoing charges until your membership is cancelled. Members can cancel at any time by contacting info@bullionclub.com.au.

• Start Date: 1st of each month

• Cut-off to Enter: 11:59PM AEST on the 28th of each month

• Draw Date: 25th - 31st at the end of every month (unless stated otherwise) 

​

• Location: Draws conducted live via Facebook @BullionClubAustralia     

• Open to Australian residents excluding ACT.​

• Participation in Bullion Club giveaways is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must reside within Australia at the time of entry and prize fulfilment. We reserve the right to request proof of residency and disqualify entries that do not meet this requirement.

• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.​​

​

• ​Must be an active Bullion Club member with a valid membership package (Bullion Beginner, Bullion Intermediate, Bullion Expert.) ​

• To enter our giveaways, simply sign up to any one of our Bullion Club Membership Packages. Once you become a member, you will automatically be entered into all future giveaways hosted by Bullion Club.​​

• ​Only one entry per person is allowed (unless otherwise stated). Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.

​

• By signing up as a member of Bullion Club or submitting an entry form for any public giveaway, you consent to receiving promotional emails and SMS communications from us. These will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided at the time of sign-up. Communications may include giveaway updates, promotional offers, newsletters, and other information relevant to Bullion Club. You may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in emails, replying “STOP” to SMS messages, or contacting us directly.

• To ensure fair entry management and transparency, Bullion Club enforces a strict entry deadline for all member draws.​

• All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (AEST) the night before the scheduled live draw.​

​

• Any memberships or upgrades made after this cut-off will not count toward the current draw. They will instead be applied to the next scheduled draw.

• Bullion Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be providing false or misleading information, using fraudulent methods to enter the giveaway, or violating any of the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

• Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification, and Bullion Club shall have the sole discretion to determine whether disqualification is warranted.

• Monthly prizes include gold or silver bullion (e.g. 1oz silver coins, bars and premium bullion items).

• Prize values vary monthly and are clearly stated in each promotion.

​

• The prizes for our giveaways may vary. The number of winners may vary depending on the specific giveaway.

​

• Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable unless explicitly agreed to by Bullion Club. Any such substitutions are at the sole discretion of Bullion Club and may depend on availability or practicality.

• Delivery for prizes will require a signature upon arrival, in the event the winner is not home to receive it, the package will be sent to nearest Aus Post Office awaiting collection.  

• Each individual giveaway conducted by Bullion Club is structured to ensure the total prize value does not exceed $3,000 AUD. This approach aligns with trade promotion regulations across all Australian states and territories, ensuring our promotions remain fully compliant without the need for a permit 

• Winners are randomly selected LIVE from a pool of eligible entries using 'Wheel of Names' a widely used, registered animated software for random draws.​

• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 business day after the giveaway concludes.​​

• By participating in our giveaways, you agree that if you are selected as a winner, you may be contacted by one of our staff members or representatives via email, phone call or SMS to confirm your prize. This includes sending you an email notification confirming your win and requesting your shipping or delivery details to arrange postage of your prize.  

• All prizes won are subject to availability and delivery policies. Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bullion Club is not liable for lost or undeliverable prizes due to incorrect or outdated shipping information.

• Bullion Club is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of giveaway prizes, including those caused by postal services, customs or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 

• Prizes are shipped via AUS Post. Bullion Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once dispatched.

• Some giveaways may have eligibility restrictions based on location or legal requirements.​​

​

• Any taxes, customs duties, or additional costs associated with the prize delivery will be the responsibility of the member receiving the prize.

• Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If a prize is not claimed within this period, Bullion Club reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The redraw will take place no earlier than 30 days from the original draw date and will follow the same draw method. The redraw winner will be notified and published in line with the original draw process.

• Participation in our giveaways does not guarantee that a member will win a prize. All giveaways are conducted via random selection process, and winners are chosen impartially.

     Referral Program Terms & Conditions

• ⁠Eligibility: This referral program is open exclusively to current members of Bullion Club.​​

​

• Referral Process: When a new member signs up, they must mention the full name of the referring member during the sign-up process.

​

• ⁠Bonus Entries: For each successful referral, the referring member will receive one bonus entry into the giveaway draw of that month.

​

• No Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make. Each successful referral will earn an additional Bonus Entries into the current giveaway draw. (entries vary depending on the current monthly member promotion)

​

• Random Promotion Timing: This referral promotion will not necessarily occur every month. Instead, it will be triggered at random intervals throughout the year.

​

• General Conditions: Bullion Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Due to state-based regulations, residents from ACT are not eligible to enter Bullion Club prize draws. Providing false information about your state of residence may result in immediate cancellation of your membership and a permanent ban from rejoining the club. We take compliance seriously to protect the integrity of our draws and the fairness for all eligible members.

• Entries must not be tampered with or automated.

​

• Breach of rules can result in disqualification.

• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., including Facebook and Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Bullion Club, not to Meta. Participants fully release and hold Meta harmless from any and all liability arising from or in connection with this promotion. All inquiries regarding the promotion should be directed to Bullion Club.

• Members must provide correct contact info and keep their membership active to remain eligible.​

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity (like automated signups) will result in disqualification.

• Bullion Club reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. All decisions made by Bullion Club in relation to the giveaways are final and binding.

• By entering, you consent to Bullion Club using your personal information (including name, email address, and phone number) for the purposes of the giveaway, winner selection, and delivery of prizes. We may also use your contact information to notify you about future promotions or giveaways, should you opt-in to receive such communications.

• Bullion Club is committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. We adhere to the principles set forth under Australian privacy laws and employ industry-standard security measures to protect the data we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

• By entering and participating in Bullion Club giveaways, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.

• Bullion Club is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that prevent participants from entering the giveaway.

• ​Bullion Club shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss that may occur in connection with the prize.

• In no event shall Bullion Club, its affiliates or partners be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this giveaway.

•  All materials related to the giveaway, including logos, website content, and promotional materials, are the intellectual property of Bullion Club and cannot be used without permission.

• This Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of the giveaway are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• Any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

• Bullion Club reserves the right to modify, update or cancel the giveaway at any time. Changes to the Privacy Policy or giveaway terms will be posted on the official website, and participants will be notified via email or other communication channels as applicable.
