Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction By participating in any Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all giveaway promotions hosted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd ("BCA", "we", "our", "us"), whether entry is obtained via a one-time bundle or on-going bundle purchase. Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions are conducted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd as public promotional campaigns.

Entries may only be submitted through the official promotion link provided by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd and promoted through its authorised communication channels, including Facebook, Instagram, email communications, SMS communications, The Bullion Clubhouse (Discord community), the official Bullion Club Australia website, and other official Bullion Club Australia marketing materials. The promotion may also be promoted by Bullion Club Australia’s exclusive partner, Cents2, through its authorised marketing and communication channels.

Only entries received through official Bullion Club Australia or Cents2 promotional channels and submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to participate in the promotion. Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to refuse or remove any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prizes The prizes offered in each Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotion will vary monthly and may include physical gold or silver bullion items such as coins, bars or collectibles. The prize breakdown for each Giveaway Promotion will be clearly advertised on Bullion Club Australia’s official channels prior to each draw.

Prize Breakdown

First Prize: 1g PAMP Maradona “Hand of God” Gold Bar, valued at over $300 AUD.

Final Prize: 500g Silver Cast Bar from ABC Bullion, valued at over $1,500 AUD.

The total prize pool is valued at over $1,800 AUD.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. No cash alternative will be offered or permitted. Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All prize values are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If a listed prize becomes unavailable, Bullion Club Australia reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

3. Definitions Promoter: Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd ("BCA", "we", "our", "us") On-going bundles: A recurring monthly subscription that provides a fixed number of entries into each monthly Giveaway Promotion while active (25 Monthly Entries, 85 Monthly Entries, 200 Monthly Entries).

One-time bundle entrant: A participant who purchases a one-time Bundle to be in the current monthly giveaway (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Emerald). Giveaway Promotion: Any monthly prize draw or promotional giveaway conducted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd. Prize: Gold or silver bullion, or any other promotional item advertised for the specific draw.

This promotion is a public promotional prize draw conducted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd and is open to eligible Australian residents only.

Entry into the promotion may be made through official Bullion Club Australia promotional channels, including but not limited to the Bullion Club Australia website, Facebook, Instagram, email communications, SMS communications, The Bullion Clubhouse (Discord community), and other authorised marketing channels operated by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd or its authorised promotional partners.

4. Eligibility Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) due to permit restrictions. Entrants must reside in Australia at the time of entry and prize fulfilment. Proof of residency may be requested. Directors, employees or contractors of Bullion Club Australia are not eligible to enter. Entries providing false or misleading information may be disqualified.

Bullion Club Australia offers on-going bundle subscriptions that provide automatic entries into each monthly Giveaway Promotion for as long as the subscription remains active and fully paid.

All prices are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

Entry Allocation & Non-Accumulation

Entries issued under a on-going bundle: Apply only to the current monthly Giveaway Promotion. Entries do not accumulate, roll over, or carry forward into future draws reset to the applicable entry amount at the start of each new Giveaway Promotion period.

Unused entries are forfeited at the conclusion of each monthly draw and have no cash value.

On-going bundle Subscriptions Status at Draw Time

To be eligible for entries under an on-going bundle, the subscription must be active, paid and in good standing at the time of the entry cut-off and at the time of the live draw.

Any on-going bundle subscription that is cancelled, paused, refunded, reversed or experiences a failed payment prior to the draw will be immediately excluded from the current Giveaway Promotion.

Bullion Club Australia is not responsible for payment failures caused by insufficient funds, expired cards or payment provider issues.

Inclusions with on-going bundles While active, On-going bundles holders receive: FREE automatic entries into the current and all monthly draws, Full Access to The Bullion Clubhouse, Early bird promotional emails, Access to these inclusions is contingent on the on-going bundle subscription remaining active.

Cancellation of an on-going subscription

Subscribers may cancel their On-going bundle at any time via the Bullion clubhouse (Discord) support by submitting a ticket or by contact our support team: support@bullionclubaustralia.com.au

Cancellation Process:

On-going bundle cancellation requests may take up to 24-48 hours to be processed following submission. On-bundle benefits and access may remain active until the cancellation has been completed.

Upon Cancellation:

All future recurring payments will cease.

The subscriber will be removed from all current and future Giveaway Promotions associated with their on-going bundle subscription.

Any entries associated with the cancelled subscription for the current draw will be voided immediately if cancellation occurs prior to the draw.

All on-going bundle inclusions, rewards, bonuses, promotions, perks, privileges, and access rights associated with the on-going bundles will be forfeited immediately upon cancellation unless otherwise stated by Bullion Club Australia.

No partial refunds, credits, transfers, or entry substitutions will apply following cancellation.

Combination with One-Time Bundles

Participants with an on-going bundle may also purchase one-time Bundles.

Entries from one-time Bundles are separate from on-going Bundle entries and are applied in accordance with the Bundle Terms outlined below.

Each bundle provides entries for a single monthly Giveaway Promotion with inclusions as listed above.

There is no cap on the number of one-time bundles that may be purchased unless otherwise stated in writing by Bullion Club Australia for a specific promotion. One-time bundle purchases are final and non-refundable once entries are confirmed, except where otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Important Information

Both Giveaway Promotions commence on 1 June 2026. Entries for each draw will remain open until 30 minutes prior to the applicable live draw, at which point entries will close and no further entries will be accepted. Each draw will be conducted live on the Bullion Club Australia Facebook Page at 8:00PM (AEST) on the dates specified above. Winners will be selected independently for each draw.

6.1 Multiple Prize Draw

Where multiple prizes are offered within a single Giveaway Promotion:

Each prize will be drawn separately

All eligible entries will be included in both the main and bonus prize draws

A participant may win more than one prize unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Winner Selection Method Winners will be selected through a random electronic draw conducted by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd. All eligible entries received before the applicable entry cut-off time will be included in the draw. The draw will be conducted live on the Bullion Club Australia Facebook page at the advertised draw time.

6.3 Winner Verification Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the identity, age, residency, eligibility and compliance of any participant or winner before awarding a prize. Winners may be required to provide identification and proof of residency. Failure to provide requested information within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

6.4 Prize Claim Period Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise stated by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd. If a prize remains unclaimed after this period, Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

6.5 Redraws If a winner is deemed ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to claim a prize within the required timeframe, or fails to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible participant.

6.6 Variation of Draw Date, Time or Location. Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, postpone, reschedule, relocate, suspend or otherwise modify any Giveaway Promotion draw date, draw time, draw location, entry cut-off date, or related promotional activity where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, platform outages, social media restrictions, operational requirements, force majeure events, regulatory requirements, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd. Where a change occurs, Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd will communicate the updated details through its official communication channels, including its website, email communications, social media platforms, SMS communications, and The Bullion Clubhouse. Any such change will not affect the validity of eligible entries already received.

7. Entry Process On-going bundle entries are applied automatically while the subscription remains active. One-time bundle entrants receive their entries upon successful checkout. Only one on-going bundle subscriber account per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Multiple entries are permitted only through valid on-going and one-time bundles, or referral bonuses. By entering, participants consent to receiving promotional updates via email or SMS. Unsubscribing does not affect giveaway eligibility.

Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions are conducted as public promotional campaigns in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

8. Entry Deadline All entries must be received no later than 30 minutes before the live draw begins. Any on-going bundle or one-time bundle purchases made after the entry cut-off will not be included in the current Giveaway Promotion.

8.1 Purchases Made After Entry Cut-Off Purchases made after the entry cut-off may either be: Automatically carried forward to the next Giveaway Promotion, or Refunded (One-time Bundles only), upon request prior to the next draw.

9. Terminology & Entry Conditions For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the term “Giveaway” refers to a promotional prize draw conducted by the Promoter.

A Giveaway may be free to enter or may require the purchase of a bundle, on-going bundle, product, service or promotional offer where permitted by law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no fixed or guaranteed number of entries available, and the odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Public Giveaway Promotion Bullion Club Australia Giveaway Promotions are public promotional campaigns open to eligible Australian residents in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Participation is available through official Bullion Club Australia promotional channels, including but not limited to the Bullion Club Australia website, social media platforms, email communications, advertisements, and other authorised marketing channels.

11. Promotional Offers & Limited-Time Campaigns Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd may conduct limited-time promotional campaigns that modify entry allocations or one-time bundle, on-going bundle inclusions. Promotional campaigns: Apply only during the advertised Promotion Period Do not permanently alter one-time bundle/on-going bundle inclusions Cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated Promotional campaigns may also be distributed as private offers available only to individuals who receive the promotion through Bullion Club Australia’s official communication channels.

12. Private Invite-Only Promotions Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd may, from time to time, conduct private invite-only promotions, campaigns, giveaways, or prize draws. Participation in such promotions may be restricted to individuals who receive a private invitation, access link, promotional code, or other form of authorised access issued by Bullion Club Australia. Invitations may be distributed through Bullion Club Australia’s website, social media channels, direct messages, email communications, membership platforms, referral programs, or other official communication channels.

Where a promotion is designated as a private invite-only promotion, only individuals who have received authorised access will be eligible to participate.

All participants must comply with the specific terms applicable to the promotion, together with Bullion Club Australia’s General Giveaway Terms & Conditions and all standard eligibility requirements.

This clause applies only to promotions specifically identified by Bullion Club Australia as private invite-only promotions. All other promotions will be conducted in accordance with their respective promotional terms and conditions.

12.1 Future Promotions

Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd may introduce additional Promotions, including but not limited to:

Bonus entry campaigns (e.g. double entries)

Flash sales or limited-time discounts

Referral-based incentives

Tier-specific or targeted promotions

Details of each Promotion will be outlined in a dedicated subsection or communicated via official Bullion Club Australia channels.

13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, expense or claim suffered or incurred by any participant arising directly or indirectly from participation in a Giveaway Promotion, acceptance of a prize, use of a prize, or any technical, administrative or operational issue associated with the Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.

14. Social Media Disclaimer This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Meta Platforms Inc., or any other social media platform used to advertise or promote the Promotion.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd and not to any social media platform.

15. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or connected with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.

15.1 Promoter Decisions Subject to applicable law, all decisions made by Bullion Club Australia Pty Ltd in relation to the Promotion, winner selection, prize allocation, eligibility, verification, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
